THE PROCESS

Consultation

Collaboration is key when designing high-end, one-off custom interiors.

Sean meets with the owner(s) to discuss their ideas, preferences, budget and goals for the car’s interior.

Design & Material Selection

Sean begins working on a design plan, which may include sketches and renderings.

We meet with the owner(s) to review the design for the project. Once the design is approved, we select materials, colors, and textures that align with the theme and style of the project.

We work with the finest leather and suede suppliers in United States, and they work with the finest tanneries in the world. Our materials are unmatched and will stand the test of time.

Fabrication & Installation

Sean and Lee fabricate, meticulously test fit and install the custom interior components.

Our latest build, the 1955 Chevy Bel Air took over 620 labor hours to complete. Part of our process is time. You can’t sew a straight line if you are rushed. Unfortunately, television shows that feature 1 day interior installations sets an unrealistic expectation of how high-end custom upholstery is actually done.
